Room Reservations
Single occupancy accommodation has been reserved for you on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the event.
The cost of accommodation and meals during the event program are covered by DHL. Any additional expenditure i.e. mini bar, spa treatments, laundry etc will be at your own expense. Any additional charges will be paid by you when checking out of the hotel.
You will be required to submit credit card details when checking into the hotel, for any additional expenses not covered by the DHL master bill.

- Evening meals provided within the SCC program
- All taxes, service fees and charges.

- Room service
- Mini-bar
- Spa treatments

- Access to the Resident’s Foyer (64th Floor) with soft drinks, coffee, tea and fresh whole fruit from 10:00 to 16:00 hours and daily.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay for personal reasons, you will need to cover the cost of each additional night. The room rate with buffet breakfast is CNY 1,650NB (CNY 1,850 double occupancy) per night inclusive of service charge and taxes. This rate is only available for two nights either side of the event dates subject to room availability.

Getting to the hotel
There are two airports in Beijing. Transfer from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) to the hotel will be pre-arranged for you based on your arrival flight time (unless you are arriving prior to the event dates for personal reasons).
You will receive confirmation of your transfer and your hotel reservation from the Registration Team prior to traveling. The journey to the hotel from PEK airport is approximately 45 minutes and the journey from PKX airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
